Sara Burch

Cllr Sara Burch is Monmouthshire Council's Cabinet Member for Rural Affairs, Housing and Tourism, which includes oversight of the County's innovative Food Strategy. Monmouthshire is putting healthy, sustainable local food at the centre of what the Council does in procurement, in cultural and economic development, as a landlord of county farms and markets and in education.
Councillor for Cantref Ward in Abergavenny, Sara has a background in co-operative development and housing.
