Laura Pollock

I am one one of the mentee's from this years Regen Project being run across Monmouthshire. By background I am a Business Psychologist, who with my partner, Matt Brooks, have taken on the tenancy at Lower House Farm, an MCC farm. We have been here approx 18 months and are working hard to farm with as much regen focus as we can, whilst developing a healthy farm business. We are also diversifying into farm events and selling our produce direct to broaden our offering and share more about our work.
