Katy is passionate about building more sustainable communities. She worked in sustainable agriculture in West Africa before co-developing community food waste projects in the UK, most recently a surplus redistribution project, Shrewsbury Food Hub. She is co-director at Shropshire Good Food Partnership where she works to support the county’s community food organisations and to make it easier for people to eat a healthier diet.
