Brooke’s Dairy is based in the Wye Valley, Monmouthshire. We are a family farm producing delicious dairy products using milk from our own cows. We started dairy farming in the Wye Valley in the 1970’s, where as well as the sun the wet Welsh weather is perfect for growing lush long grass for our small herd of Jersey cows.
