I am Currently Senior Manager - Community Health Protection and Wellbeing at Powys County Council, I integrate health protection, prevention, harm‑reduction, and humanitarian functions into a service that strengthens population health and rural community resilience. My practice is grounded in strong academic foundations, including a PhD in Human Geography, published research on rural communities and national events, and university teaching experience.
