My name is Elaine Blanchard,I have worked for Monmouthshire County Council/Monmouthshire Food Partnership for over 2.5 years.I am a qualified chef, N.N.E.B Nurse Nurse and Nutritional Advisor. Having a keen focus on food,climate and the environment for the last 25 years,has led to a focus on food literacy and education with young people, growing and farming of food.My vision for the future is to reduce the affect food has on climate,improve our communities health and develop farming clusters.
