Dan Smith

Dan is an agroecological farmer and consultant deeply rooted in the Wye Valley at Roots In. Driven by a passion for cultivating both healthy ecosystems and the next generation of agriculturalists, he is currently undertaking a Nuffield Scholarship titled "Generation Regeneration." Through his consultancy, Roots In, Dan supports land managers in transitioning to more environmentally conscious farming systems. His expertise also extends to active involvement in several Landscape Recovery schemes.
