Bwlchwernen Fawr
Becky Holden farms at Bwlchwernen Fawr, a 300-acre mixed dairy farm in West Wales, alongside Sustainable Food Trust CEO, Patrick Holden. It is Wales' longest certified organic dairy farm and they produce Hafod, a raw milk cheese, from the milk of their Ayrshire dairy herd. They also grow field scale carrots as part of the Welsh Veg in Schools initiative and spring sown cereals with farm saved heritage Welsh black oat seed.
