Angharad Underwood

Angharad has run multi award winning The Preservation Society for the last 15 years, creating preserves using local seasonal ingredients. She also set up and runs The Cookalong Clwb which empowers children with kitchen confidence, using local sustainable deforestation free ingredients to enable positive food choices for the future.

Angharad will be wearing both hats at different times during the Convergence!
