Beginning to Thrive: Supporting new entrants to make it work

As much as we need new entrants along with new life and energy coming into our sector, a number of barriers continue to exist. This interactive session will share the experience of those currently working to support new entrants to build businesses that allow them to thrive, while also exploring the gaps and ongoing challenges. It will focus on what we can do collectively at the local level to build collaboration and develop the supportive infrastructure needed, and is designed to complement the earlier session that looks at the wider policy landscape.
