A good food loop for the Marches

Bwyd Powys Food are looking to create short, strong supply chains across the region to help move local food around more easily and enable more people to access it. To this end, we have been investigating a food loop model, where a van delivers produce across a region. Producers, growers, retailers and hospitality providers can buy off and sell on to the loop, enabling their customers to access a wider range of local produce with minimal extra effort.
