Food
We have invited some of the best local producers and food businesses to offer their produce. This will include pasture-fed meat, vegetarian and vegan meal options, local cheeses, baked goodies and ice-cream.

In the evening we will have a Hog roast and vegetarian feast - as you like it

We are also bringing you the best of local brews - wine, mead, cider....

There will be an opportunity to meet the producers and hear their 'food stories' before you indulge.

Entertainment
The Bootleggers will be playing live after supper on Friday, and there will be live entertainment whilst we eat. The evening will culminate in an open mic session hosted by Rob.

The Collaboration Hub
The Collaboration Hub has become a signature element of the Marches Convergence's, along with the concluding People's Assembly. This is all about making the post of our coming together, to capture the great ideas and weave together outcomes that reflect the joined up conversations that happen when people connect who are engaged in different parts of the food system and from across the region.
